South Dansville is one of the hamlets of the township of Dansville located on Rt.46. In July of 1841 the South Dansville Methodist Church was dedicated and has been in continual service for over 150 years. The Dansville Town Hall, Built as a Universalist Church in 1852, became the Town Hall in 1907.
