Well it didn't stop there. I went back to Ray Saltsman Jr. and he was very good about keeping a lot of the original parts that were made. He had the piece of border plate that the first cutting edge came out of, plus he had other wooden gears to make these prototype parts. It was real pleasing to see the amount of things he had saved, he had a cast iron wheel that was wired together so it would come apart and was strictly for making more cast wheels. In the picture here there are quit a few cast parts. I would like to count them all for you, there are at least seven parts that Ray has here for castings.
