Coopers Plaines is located in the town of Erwin at exit 42 on route 17, I - 86 of the southern tier expressway.
Home of the "Cooper Rockers" first made in the 1850's and now prized by antique buffs.
In 1841 Dr. John Cooper built a large residence, sold lots, and started a small village that is now called Coopers Plaines.
